1. OTP Verification & Inspection Upon Delivery

OTP Verification

At the time of delivery, the courier executive will request a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

Product Inspection Before Sharing OTP

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package and products before sharing the OTP.
Please ensure you record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. The video must show:

  • The sealed outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The inner contents and condition of the fruits/products
  • Ensure that the package is not damaged, tampered with, or compromised in any manner.

Quantity Check

Customers must verify that the correct quantity and items have been received as per the order placed.

If the Package Is Damaged or Tampered

If the package appears damaged, opened, leaking, or compromised, the customer must either:

i. Reject the delivery, or
ii. Accept the delivery only with a Negative Proof of Delivery (POD) and take clear photographs of the negative POD.
The negative remarks must be clearly written and acknowledged by the courier partner.

2. Accepted Deliveries with Partial / Damaged / Tampered Orders

If the customer accepts a delivery that is partial, damaged, tampered, or compromised, the following must be submitted:

i. A Negative POD image, and
ii. A 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing:

- The shipping label

- Outer packaging

- Inner contents and product condition

3. Rejection or Negative POD

Rejected Delivery or Negative POD Submitted

i. If a delivery is rejected or a valid negative POD is provided, Raj Fruits may arrange a reshipment of missing or affected items, subject to verification and approval of the claim.

ii. Important Note:
No refunds will be issued for partial, damaged, tampered, or compromised items. The acceptance or rejection of claims is solely at the discretion of Raj Fruits.

4. Products Accepted Without Negative POD or Unboxing Video

a. Accepted Deliveries Without Documentation
If the customer accepts the delivery without providing a negative POD and without submitting a proper unboxing video, Raj Fruits will not be liable for any return, replacement, or refund requests.

5. Timely Submission of Complaints

a. Complaint Timeline
For any order-related issues, customers must contact support@rajfruits.com
within 48 hours of delivery, along with all required evidence.

b. Post-Delivery Responsibility
Raj Fruits is not responsible for:

Damage occurring after delivery

Issues not clearly visible in the unboxing video

6. Signature & Alternative Signatories

Signature at Delivery
All orders require confirmation or signature upon delivery.

Alternative Recipient
If you authorize another person (family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.) to receive your order, Raj Fruits is not responsible for items accepted by that person.
Exceptions may be considered only if a valid unboxing video is provided.

7. Shipping & Handling Charges

Charges
Shipping and handling fees may vary depending on:

Product type (fresh fruits / perishables)

Packaging requirements

Size, weight, and volume

All applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

8. Important Information Regarding Refunds

i. Refund Processing
Under no circumstances will a refund be initiated until the rejected or damaged product is returned to our warehouse and inspected.

ii. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute between the courier partner and the customer, refunds or reshipments will be processed only after the courier partner formally acknowledges the claim.
